Overview

Stansted Valet Parking is the trading name of Comstrad Ltd. Their services save you time and hassle at the airport by offering meet and greet parking. Their representative will meet you at the terminal forecourt, unload your luggage, complete the appropriate paperwork and drive your car to a secure parking area.

Map and Directions

If you are approaching from London on the M11 take Junction 8, signposted Stansted, or from Cambridge take Junction 8a. Continue straight along Thremhall Avenue, bearing left towards the terminal building. The drop off area is at the red car park within the short stay parking area, clearly signposted on approach.

Arrival Procedure

Call 0845 2 99 88 77 on approach to the airport, selecting option one from the voice-recorded menu. A representative will meet you at the airport forecourt and help unload your baggage. He will then check your car and complete the departure paperwork, before driving your car to a secure parking compound.

Departure Procedure

Stansted Valet Parking monitor flight delays so there is no need to worry if you are running late. When you touch down, you will receive a welcome message via text. You will then be required to phone 0845 2 99 88 77 once you have cleared customs and collected your baggage. You will be given instructions and must return directly to your car. Be warned, parking on your vehicle at the terminal lasts for 15 minutes, any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Security

Stansted Valet Parking’s compound has peripheral fencing, CCTV and regular security patrols. Their representatives carry insurance documents and photographic identification at all times.

Insurance

Stansted Valet Parking will accept liability for any damage or loss as a direct result of a wilful act of negligence by their employees. Any loss occasioned out with their control will be the responsibility of the customer.
