Orange parking strives to give a personal and convenient service, tailored to individual needs. That’s why it operates both park and ride and meet and greet service. The car park is approximately 0.7 miles from the terminal building.
Map and Directions
From the M11 take the Junction 8a if you are approaching from London and Junction 8 if you are coming from Cambridge. Continue along Thremhall Avenue, bearing left towards the terminal building.
20 minutes before arrival at the airport you are required to phone ahead. You will then be met by a representative who will inspect the vehicle (taking note of mileage and fuel) and provide you with instructions for your return journey. A shuttle service will then transport you to the airport.
For meet and greet services you must also call before arrival. Proceed directly to the canopied area at the terminal building (you will be required to take a ticket at the barrier entrance). A representative will meet you on arrival, present him with the parking ticket and you will receive instructions for your return. Do not arrive early as there is only a 5 minute grace period for drop off at the terminal. Any additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Follow the instructions given to you on arrival. You are required to call on arrival and proceed to the pick up point. A shuttle will then transport you back to the car park. Please note the service operates between 04.00 and 10.00. No pick ups or drop offs will be made out with these times.
A shuttle service is available on request and transfers take approximately 5 minutes. Allow around 45 minutes for check in and transfer process.
The car park has perimeter fencing, CCTV and regular patrols.
Orange will not take liability for any damages incurred to the vehicle. The security of the vehicle remains the customer’s responsibility.
